Actually, you're the second person. Odin was first.

oh ok I never knew that, will they make other remakes.

Actually, they're making  Halo 4. Let's take this to PMs, this is getting off topic.

And check out this skull in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary:

Actually, the original creators of Halo, Bungie, are not making Halo anymore. Production and most (if not all) legal rights have been shifted to 343 Industries, a Microsoft game studio created for the sole purpose of continuing the Halo franchise.

Ok I will try but it might take me awhile

So the characters are master chief, sonic Mario, and zelda. how do you feel about that choice of people, let me know fast so I can start to work.

It's overall a good selection, but maybe you should try Link instead of Zelda?

The title says it all. Here you can discuss what you are looking forward to, etc.

This is the E3 2011 trailer:

I do not own this video. This video is from IGN's YouTube channel.

I, personally, am looking forward to this game as I have never owned the original X-Box and thus never had a chance to play this game.
So, what do you all think?

News / We need a banner!
« on: July 10, 2011, 10:14:03 am »
As you can see, Zealous Gamers still needs a banner. I'm giving the public the opportunity to make the banner.
Obviously, you must be a member of this site to make the banner, otherwise you will not be able to post your banner idea.

The banner must minimally include:

The name of this website.
4 different well-known video game characters (i.e. Master Chief).
A background to match this site's background.

Put your username in a corner so that the credit for making it is in the banner and nobody can say they made it but you. (You might not want to change your username.)

I will pick the winner myself, so good luck and do your best!

Rules / The Rules
« on: July 06, 2011, 04:10:21 pm »
Hello and welcome to Zealous Gamers. Here are some rules that you should read before posting:

About posting and making new threads:

When making a thread, use the search button first to see if there is already a thread on the topic you were going to write about, if not, go ahead and make your topic. Also consider if your thread will add any value to the forum.

Also, in the Gaming category, you MUST make an independent thread for every video game. This means no "General Call of Duty" or "General Legend of Zelda" thread. You must make a specific thread such as "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" or "Call of Duty: Black Ops".

When making a post, consider if your post will actually add anything to the current discussion, if yes, then post it, if not, then don't.

If you're making a post, it should have some content. Meaningless posts aren't OK, nor are one-liners like, "cool!" "LOL" etc. Essentially, keep this in mind: only post if you have something to say.

This is a forum, not a chat room. Keep all one-to-one posts in private messages.
Be polite to other members; treat members here how you would like to be treated.

About signatures and avatars:

To clarify, signatures and avatars are little distinguishers that help people identify other members at a glance. Avatars are little pictures on the side of a post or PM, and signatures are little messages or pictures on the bottom of a post or PM.

For signatures, text and images included must not be bigger than 500x200 pixels.
Avatars must not be any bigger than 120x120 pixels (Avatars that are too large will be automatically resized). If you are uploading, it can't be bigger than 20KB.

If your avatar or signature doesn't follow these then they will be removed and a warning will be issued to your account

What we don't want:

We do not permit the following in the Zealous Gamers community. They will cause you to receive warnings, multiple warnings will result in a ban.

Racist, homophobic or otherwise discriminatory language
Profanity
Political discussion
Religious discussion
Sexual discussion or images
Discussion of drugs and other illegal activity.

Our warning system:

10% is a 1 day suspension.
30% is a 3 day suspension.
50% is a 5 day suspension.
70% is a 1 week suspension.
90% is a 3 week suspension.
100% will ban your account from the site permanently.

If you do something that is clearly meant as a violation that defies rules, you can be banned permanently and immediately.

Forum Specific Rules

Certain forums will have rules that are specific to them. Look carefully at the top of each forum to check for rules!

Thank you for reading the rules, and enjoy the web site!
